These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the website at www.cresvern.com (the "Site"), operated by Cresvern ("Cresvern", "we", "us" or "our"). Cresvern is a design-led software studio that builds websites, mobile apps and desktop applications for startups and growing businesses. The Site is an informational and marketing website that describes our services and lets you get in touch with us.

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Submitting an enquiry does not create any contract for services between you and Cresvern.
